My credit card is not being accepted, what should I do?

Our credit/debit card bookings are safe and secure . There could be a number of reasons why your credit card transaction will not go through.

Reasons your credit card may have been declined:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments, did you attempt another card not named?
  • You may have had insufficient funds, at the time of payment,  to cover the transaction being booked.
  • You may not have filled out all the information fields requested, and or input the incorrect information.

*If you have used a MasterCard or Visa, have sufficient funds and filled in all details correctly, please contact your financial provider to find out what is causing this problem... once they give the OK you can retry the transaction.

Please remember that we also offer 3 other payment methods: 

  1. Internet Banking 
  2. Direct Bank Deposit
  3. Payment in one of our Agencies (Trianon, Caudan & Grand Baie La Croisette)
