I have made my payment by Internet Banking or Bank Deposit but I have not received any confirmation.

If you have paid for your deal using Internet Banking or via Bank Deposit, but you have not received a confirmation yet, then all you need to do is contact us with your order number, amount paid & location of payment and we will then follow this up with the accounting team immediately.

We can guarantee that you will receive your Booking Confirmation the moment that your payment is received. If a Booking Confirmation is not received within 2 hours from time of payment (within our operating hours), please contact us on 263-2769.

Please always mention your order number as payment reference.
