What if the local service provider cancels the activity or excursion booking?

In the unlikely event that your activity or excursion booking is cancelled by the service provider, then your booking is 100% refundable in terms of credit on your MariDeal Account. Please note, you will always have the option to change date or time, but it will be up to you. 


If you, the customer, wishes to accept a new time/date for the activity or excursion suggested by the service provider, then an amended booking confirmation will be sent to you reflecting this change. 


If for any reason the activity or excursion fails to happen on the date and time outlined on your confirmation, and you cannot change date and time, you may always use the money on any one of our deals. If this again is not suitable, the full amount paid for that activity or excursion will be 100% refunded to your account.
