How to leave a Review?

Feedback is key to our success and the ability to hold merchants accountable for what they say is the only way MariDeal can continue to grow as a company. As such, we are incredibly grateful for your feedback and reviews.

Remember MariDeal acts as an intermediary, as such, the merchant is the one that creates their offers, and decides what they want to sell. The idea of MariDeal is to allow all merchants on the platform to advertise and sell their products (and provide our customers unbeatable value), and once products are sold to customers, it is fully up to the merchant to WOW each customer so that you either want to go back or you tell your friends about your incredible experience. If the merchant does not give you the "WOW effect", and on the other hand makes you have a bad experience, the same will have a negative repercution on the potential future business of that merchant.

After you redeem a MariDeal experience, we'll ask you to rate your experience and write a review for the business either via email or through a pop-up on the mobile app.

2. Select the "Completed Orders”
3. Find your order.
4. Select Write a Review.
5. Follow the prompts provided to share your experience.
